Helping you step back, see differently, and move forward
When things feel overwhelming, it can be hard to see the way forward. ADHD coaching gives you the space to pause, reflect, gain a fresh perspective, build on your strengths, and move ahead with tools bespoke to your needs.
Hi, I’m Sophie! I’m an ADHD coach with ADHD who loves supporting students, parents and professionals to navigate school, work and everyday life.
I bring empathy, kindness and attention to detail to my coaching. My own experience having ADHD helps me create a space where you or the person you’re helping feel understood, accepted and supported, while my background in civil engineering brings a practical approach. Together, we can support you in making sense of your ADHD, feel more compassionate to yourself, and finding strategies that work for you.
I’m ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) trained and continue to learn and develop my knowledge so I can provide the best possible support to adults and students with ADHD.
Whether you think you might have ADHD, were diagnosed as a child and are now navigating adulthood, or you’re still waiting for an assessment, you don’t need a diagnosis to work with me.
I’ve experienced first-hand how difficult and lengthy the diagnostic process can be. So, you don’t need to wait for a piece of paper before you start working with me and understanding yourself better.
Most of my coaching takes place online, but I also offer face-to-face sessions for clients in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, the Home Counties and Greater London.
If you’re looking for coaching that’s warm, collaborative, practical and grounded in real‑life understanding, you’re in the right place.
Let’s have a chat and see whether we’re the right fit.
What You Can Expect From Me
Personal support from someone who understands the impact of ADHD from the inside
A coaching partnership built on trust, curiosity and understanding
ADDCA-trained coaching focused on helping you find what works for you
Sometimes a different perspective is all it takes to open up new possibilities
I support professionals, parents, students, and adults with ADHD through online one-to-one coaching sessions.
Coaching with me is a chance to talk things through with someone who understands ADHD and can help you look at things from a different angle.
Together, we’ll look at where you’d like to get to, recognise your strengths, identify what’s already working, and understand what’s getting in the way. We’ll also gently challenge beliefs and assumptions that may not be helping you.
The aim isn’t to be perfect or achieve every outcome.
It’s about helping life feel more manageable, being kinder to yourself, listening to your needs, and giving you greater confidence in your ability to navigate life’s challenges.
