ADHD coaching is a thought-provoking partnership.
Coaching gives you the opportunity to slow down, make sense of what’s going on, and look at things from a different perspective.
Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, build on what’s already working, and find practical approaches that work for you and your life.

A free introductory call is a good place to start.
It gives us the opportunity to talk about what’s going on, what you’re looking for, and whether coaching feels like the right fit for you.
If you’re getting in touch on behalf of someone else, you’re welcome to bring them along to the call to see if we are a good match. If you’d prefer, you can also book separate free introductory calls for each of you.
